Lab Coat Program
Below are the approved lab coat options. Please fill out the information
below so we can place an order for your lab coat. All of the Coat options
come in a Classic Relaxed Fit - Generously cut to provide optimal comfort
and ease of movement. They are breathable and fade resistant. Please review
the options to fit your needs.

Please use your standard Coat size to select the lab coat size. Each coat
lists the available sizes for each style. If you do not know your coat size,
use a tape measure to wrap around the FULLEST part of your chest - pull
snug, but not too tight. The inches of your chest is your coat size.
If you feel you need any alterations or changes to the coat once you
receive, please let your CA know and they will contact our representative to
come out for a fitting.

Please be sure to MEASURE your chest, at
the fullest part, match the inches to the appropriate numerical size in the
chart below.
Also, it is suggested to measure your arm length and pay attention to the
arm length (at medium size) provided in each description.
If you feel you will need any alterations for the best fit, be sure to make
a note in the comments section. Our representative will contact you to
schedule a visit for alterations.
